Dear Local 1183 Dental Plan Participant:

In your best interest, your President Christine Frangipani, and the Board of Trustees have approved the CWA Elite 1183 Specialty Network. This network provides many Board-Certified Specialists such as Endodontists, Periodontists, Oral Surgeons, and Pediatric Dentists. Additionally, if you cannot locate a participating Provider this network has General Dentists and a national network through UNICARE in all 50 states.

This new enhanced network can provide the highest quality dental care at the most affordable costs. Please note, ALL other benefits remain the same. Utilizing one of these specialists will save you and your family out-of-pocket expenses. You may still visit your Current General Dentist and utilize these dentists for specialty work when necessary. All root canals, Oral Surgery, Periodontic Work and Pediatric visits may be done through the CWA 1183 Elite Specialist Network of Providers.

Your Individual family member annual maximum remains $1,500.

Single members Cap is $2,000.

The Pediatric Orthodontic Lifetime Maximum is $1,000.
